WANT TO TRY SUP YOGA? WE DO THAT TOO! WHETHER YOU'RE A KEEN YOGI, GREAT AT SUP OR JUST WANT TO HAVE A GO OUR COACHES WILL BE HAPPY TO HELP.

CHILDREN MUST BE A MINIMUM OF 5 YRS OLD TO ACCOMPANY AN ADULT ON THE WATER.

 

SUP YOGA CLASSES

A 90-MINUTE SESSION INCLUDING A GENTLE PADDLE, THEN DOCKING UP FOR A LOVELY YOGA SESSION ON THE BOARDS. SUITABLE FOR COMPLETE BEGINNERS, BUT OPTIONS ALSO OFFERED FOR MORE EXPERIENCED PADDLERS/YOGIS TOO.

INTRO TO SUP SESSIONS

A 90-MINUTE INTRODUCTION TO THE WORLD OF STAND UP PADDLEBOARDING. WE’LL START WITH THE BASICS ON THE LAND, AND SOON GET YOU OUT ON THE WATER AND PRACTICING SOME NEW SKILLS. IDEAL FOR COMPLETE BEGINNERS, OR PEOPLE WHO WOULD LIKE TO GAIN MORE CONFIDENCE ON THE WATER.
